Tips

1. Even if there is no ice inside the machine, if the “ICE FULL” indicator light is on, showing that the ice basket is full, simply press and hold the ‘ON/OFF’ button for 5 seconds to restore the machine’s functionality.

2. If the ice cubes stick together, then there are two possibilities, the first one may be that the ice maker has been cycling for too long, you need to stop the ice maker and restart it when the ice blocks melts. The second one may be that the water temperature in the tank is too low, you need to replace the water, we recommend that the water temperature be between 40 °F and 90 °F.

3. If the ice maker is cycling normally but no ice is formed, the reason may be the room temperature or the water temperature in the tank is too high, the room temperature should be 50°F-105°F and water temperature should be 40°F-90°F.
